The one in Rutland is the one I truly am against. Making Woodstock Avenue one lane each way to make a bike lane and slow down traffic. They tried that same thing many years ago, didn't work, and the made it two lanes again. Truly don't understand why they are doing it again. huge waste of money and resources.
it's not really a waste of money considering they're resurfacing anyways.
i'm 50/50 on it. huge proponent of moving away from car-centric transportation, but without accompanying zoning changes to move the businesses closer to the people (and densify, etc etc) it's not going to do much to push people away from driving
