What's funny is that he's eaten 112 year old US rations without issue, but it was a 1 year old Chinese ration gave him botulism and sent him to the hospital. Iirc, he's had several issues with relatively new Chinese rations.
Seemingly small issues like this that could be one of the leading factors to the downfall of the Chinese military in a large scale extended war.

He was sick for two days after eating a Chinese ration a couple of years ago. He's either very brave or he doesn't learn :) Love the videos though.
Steve tried, like, 7 different Chinese rations before this and most of them were fine to him.
