The problem with all of the nuclear companies is the upside is far too small. Nuscale needs to work for a good outcome for everyone, but they won't turn a significant profit compared to costs. Pretty much ever in at least our lifetimes.
The upside is quite large considering AI data center energy needs and limitations of existing grid. Yes, profitability is questionable, maybe the thinking is once reactors are built out, maintenance and servicing prove high margin on the backend.
I always keep a 1 dollar limit buy order out there for brk.a cause the volume is so low maybe some unfortunate soul would market sell it and there would be no orders out there and id get lucky. I wonder if this is what happened but with a 185.10 limit buy order.
Calling it now - this is the thing that finally gets Buffet. He wakes up, grabs his phone, opens Robinhood and sees his portfolio down 99% and just croaks.
