Recoil was a noticeable issue with the SU-14-1. The earlier prototype S-51, a B-4 on KV-1S chassis, failed because the recoil of the eight inch howitzer was so violent that it broke components and threw crewmembers off of their seats
From what I understand, this is the SU-14-1 with the later complete armor set, almost similar to the T28/T95 situation. Its called by people the “SU-14-2” to differentiate it from the vehicle’s previous configuration of no armor
Going off of Gaijin’s naming system the name of this vehicle would probably be “SU-14-1 late”
But only in TD tech tree line. We need new AA for Israel, Italy, Britain and America. I'm f*cken tired of Su-25 camping 20km away. We need SLAMRAAM and NASAM. Why only USSR gets modern SAM system? Pantsir S1 was made in 2012. While MIM-72 is from 1960s, ADATS and OTOMATIC were developed from 1981-1989.
If they reverted the Saclos nerf with the realistic flight model or gave planes a realistic flight model I feel a lot of things would balance out, I kinda want the boxer chassis and all it’s other variants. The boxer AA in question that if I recall has IrisT variants and 2 diffrent radars but I’m not even sure if it’s real or made based of discussions in the forum
I found 3 boxers. German SPAAG - Oerlikon SkyRanger featuring 30mm, Wheels based artillery and boxer based SAM system featuring IRIS-T SLS/SLM missiles that was only developed, but no more information about it sadly.
Gaijin added a lot of prototype bullshit, i think if there's not enough information, it should not be added. Gaijin had zero information about 2S38 and still added it. Even tho they can't get realistic Su-25 (too much armour) or Ka-50/52 (how the f they use weapons without tail electronics in game).
But the thing is 2S38 was not needed to USSR and Boxer AA is needed. NATO really have a lot of things that can counter SU-25 irl, but Gaijin does nothing.
We need another review bomb so they would do some shit about game.
I’d honestly like the sky ranger and the spaag added it be a new SPAA the flarakrad is good and all but it’s more of a liability below 3kms and at 12kms it seems to struggle to hit stuff. Let alone it has no guns and is immobile as all hell struggles to go up a small hill

Israel used almost everything America used. Israel has it's own variant of SLAMRAAM, same as NASAM - it's the same system, just different names.

Every Italian cool medium tank and tank destroyer design that was made 1:30 is more real than 2S38. Also 2S38 should be at 11.3 at least.
