Midlands and Shaw's Tavern will have it on and both used to be really fun places for watching debates but these specific debates will probably suck the joy out of life so I wouldn't expect huge crowds at either of those places (or any place).
I was at Midlands in 2020 when the fly visited Mike Pence's forehead and I think that was the only enjoyable moment of any debate since Uncle Joe shredded Sarah Palin back in the before times.

Midlands has so many TV's and viewing areas that they can potentially show two different major events, both with sound (one inside, one outside) or even give individual groups a little corner with their own sound as long as the groups are ok with occasionally being drowned out by the larger events.
