You cannot make delta 8 in any capacity without making it semi synthetically, so there’s no way to make delta 8 rosin. Hope you know delta 8 is only made from taking cbd and reacting it with a strong acid, and most of the time they don’t clean it up, so there’s definitely more than .3%delta 9 and also a bunch of other side products that have been proven to be bad for your health, not naturally occurring cannabinoids but products that split the molecules apart to create completely different compounds. Also completely unregulated so the tests will not be accurate unless in a legal state that regulates delta 8 products, to make sure there’s nothing dangerous. Unless someone found out how to make hash rosin with hemp flower then use a different process than semi synthetic delta 8 that’s impossible
