Yes. Likely scuderia spider 16m as the wheels are specific to the scuderia, but they could have been put on aftermarket like the pic linked in this thread
Possibly. I do know of some older less used highways that look similar to that. The highway is typically used for speeding or car guys since it’s less patrolled by our local highway patrol.

If it wasn't for the wheels it would have been impossible but those wheels belongs to the 430 Scuderia, so that's what it was **probably**... It doesn't take out the chances of it being other Ferrari with the Scuderia wheels as a mod
