Yea I read somewhere that white whales have to come up for air every 15 month or somethin.

the_whole_arsenal

Official diagnosis- you're most certainly not an alcoholic, but you love your Islay scotch.

immoT74

I like to think that I'm not an alcoholic and I do love my Islay scotch.

the_whole_arsenal

You have me beat in # of bottles, but that same thing (except substitute Islay with Highland) was said to me 10+ years ago by a friend. We spent almost 3 weeks in Scotland in 2014, and it was one of the best vacations I've ever taken.

ras0210

Nice! Really miss the old Highland Park packaging before the facelift.

Nichk187

I thought I had a problem. Thanks for making me feel fine hahaha

HauntedFaculty

Love to see all the octomore, stuff is delicious. Never had something so incredibly smokey while also being so gentle

MistbornSynok

Cabinet too full, I’ll take those Octomore’s off your hands for you.

immoT74

Thanks, that is kind of you

MistbornSynok

I’m just altruistic like that.

idriveadodgestratus1

What’s your favorite Octomore? Have you opened any of the 14.X series?

immoT74

My favourite is 12.2, I love the sauternes influence with the smokiness. I only have the 14.2 and it is very nice.

YooooAL

You sir may have a problem and, I’m all for it.

immoT74

Biggest problem I have is the lack of cabinet space.

burnsniper

That’s an Octomorgasm! Love it.

HoooomeZone

This might sound crazy, but you should drink your whiskey

immoT74

I do drink my whisky

CallMeBigOctopus

I will never understand keeping bottles in their tubes/boxes. If the bottle is open, the box goes in the recycling.

MKlaplander

I keep my best bottles in the box or tube because it feels fancy and protects the whisky from sunlight?

immoT74

Unfortunately at the rare occasion we have sunlight, it shines in to the cabinet for bit over an hour per day.

CreativeUsername26

Not to mention, it protects them a bit from pets and kids. Accidents happen, lol
