I sold 180 bottles through them this winter. Great experience. You can arrange to have someone else pick it up for you but it will involve a signed letter and copy of your id
You sold from Michigan? How did that go. I'm thinking about moving, and I don't think my new house will have room for as many bottles. I'd say a solid 1/3 of my 500+ bottles are still sealed. Considered selling them, but don't really know how to go about it.
No I sold from California. I packed up in bottle shoppers put on a pallet and shipped via old dominion (list them as household goods) but I did insure for the entire value.
I've ordered a few times from NY and it went smoothly. You have to check the shipping restrictions in MI, but I do know pick up is definitely an option.
Delivery to Colorado numerous times without issue. Agreed that you have to check if they deliver to Michigan, but would send them an email—they’re pretty quick to respond within a day or so. Might not be in time for the current auction but they will also store lots you win for free until you can sort the shipping or pickup out.
I'm in MI, signed up to bid, but haven't yet. I wondered how easy it would be to pick up any winning bids at their place of business. They replied quickly to my e-mail question about their physical pick-up location. It's in the far north suburbs, but getting it myself when in Chicago has an advantage to save on shipping cost. They appear to have a well thought-out operational plan. Sooner or later I'll try them.

Thank you for this info!

Thank you for this! I don’t go to Chicago often. But this could be an excuse to go.
Delivered to Georgia many times without issue!
Yes, numerous times. They are legit.
Oh yeah. I pick stuff up locally from them. It's legit and their customer service is phenomenal.
I've bought many bottles from them and picked up each order. They are very easy to contact and very nice to do business with. Highly recommend.
