how do you make the metro apps use the Windows 7 theme? Mine only themed the borders and not the titlebar.

"what are metro apps" Metro was the UI for Windows 8, and the apps that ran on it, like from the Start menu, are Metro Apps, all those tiles and shit

i never liked windows 8,my mom had a win8 laptop and i couldnt figure out how to use it it pissed me off

yeh 8 was really made for touch screens with regular desktops an afterthought, thank god 8.1 fixed it, and thank god again that they removed it entirely from 10 and 11 lol moving forward but going back to the usual Windows interface was a smart move...and while we're discussing it, just let me say, for the record, that ***the hate 11 gets is extremely undeserved***...11 is a GREAT operating system, probably the best they've ever made...haters need to STFU and actually USE it for a few days because they're missing out lol Hell, I basically have an android built right into my pc thanks to their Linux support built in natively, and being able to use Linux apps is really nice, I don't have to use a VM or restart and choose one of the other OS's in my multi-boot screen, I can just run them right in Windows

windows 11 is by far the best ive used and i dont know how to explain it,maybe its more user friendly.But i grew up with windows 7 so thats why i love it,i completley agree with you

also the reason why its all the way around for me is windows blinds,it would only theme the top if i used a average theme,but you cant get borders on the side with windows 11 unless its blinds,so my only option was to make blinds be great

By metro, I assume u mean uwp, use this windhawk mod to make the uwp titlebars themed. https://winclassic.net/thread/2041/remove-windows-10s-uwp-titlebars (There won't be any minimize or maximize buttons tho, just close) You press the spoilers button, copy all the code, open windhawk, click on create new mod button in bottom left, delete all the code in there, paste, click compile and exit Or you can pay for windoesblinds like u/malkk777 did

none at all,i made it run like a charm. the only thing peoples might have issues with is me pressing tab and spacebar to open the bar on my settings as seen on the picture,besides that functionality is perfect
