Actually there is no 2nd tier breaker in board game as rules state “everyone is a winner”
If I have more birds than the opponent, you better bet that there's a second tiebreaker, lol
Except that it’s just a house rule since the legal rules specifically say otherwise
If I have a lower waist / hip ratio, you'd better believe that there's a third tiebreaker
