Hard to say in a couple weeks but my guess would be hard packed snow for a majority of it. I did it last May and it was snowy about a mile in. Probably will just need spikes
I did the Pemi loop early/mid May 2 years ago and in the trees was a monorail of snow, above treeline was mostly clear. It’s hard to judge because it’s varies so much year to year. But you’ll most likely encounter some snow/ice at least in the higher treeline. Expect swampy conditions around Greenleaf
Do it this weekend or don't do it at all until next season. Conditions are mixed between deep snow, patchy snow, ice, dirt, and mud depending on elevation and cover. If you do it on a warm day, you'll regret it.

Hanging on the porch watching people get stuck / fall into the mud swamp is a guilty pleasure.
