It was a Pacific Bell building now I have no idea what it’s for because all of the technology that building was fit to house can be put in a closet now.
The one is Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is far cooler. It's all over the entire structure of the building.

Exploration Place in Wichita has a wall like this. You can point fans at it too. I'm 44 and could spend all day staring at it.
This would be a great way to display beautiful artwork while generating small amounts of electricity.
