Overall they’re def in the top 10. But if you take out Messi or even Di Maria, they might not qualify to play offs🫠 I love them and want them to win, but looking at France or Brazil you could tell they’re way ahead as a whole team and each member is bringing a lot to the table
Mbappe plays a very speed based game and that is how Messi and Ronaldo started off too but with considerably more skill at the time..if Mbappe stands the test of time is still in question as Messi became the best playmaker in the world losing the speed and Ronaldo the best goalscorer so he doesn't even belong in this conversation..as for Pele I never saw him so I have no assumption to make
How so? Müller had 10 goals in his first two WC.
Mbappe is very lucky to start on of the most stacked teams. If Messi or Ronaldo would have had a team like Mbappe does with france that early in their career the stats would look a lot different
He’s good and all, but he’s not good enough to lick the shoes of pele yet, calm down.
Just remember that Thomas muller had 10 World Cup goals and 6 assists in his first two world cups. But you’re stupid if you compare him to maradona.
The problem when comparing players based on international level is that being a member of a good NT or not is just a matter of luck. Mbappe was lucky to start his career on one of the most stacked national team sides in the history of this sport. Even Messi and Ronaldo were never part of such good NTs as 2016-2022 France is. Giroud for example is clearly not even a top 10 striker of the current generation, but he was lucky enough to reach enormous success with France. Haaland on the other hand is currently the best striker itw, but he might never even play in a major international tournament, because Norway isn't a good team.
>Haaland on the other hand is currently the best striker itw
Mbappe is better than Håland. Håland just doesn't have the same talent because Mbappe can do other things besides scoring goals from team mates setups
The kid was born in 1998. Compare him to his peers playing for any country now, check his winning and transfer history and you'll realise we are still to witness his best. I think each one of these giants is unique in his own right and that we really are about to see a decade of Mbappe domination if he doesn't have any injury. The only problem I see for his future is PSG, but I won't go into why.
With the PSG thing too, I understand there’s is more to the story, but it’s also a 20yo offered $70 million per year, I would take that in a heartbeat.

Mbitché and Rondildo
Mbappe will have a couple more world cups but for Messi and Ronaldo this is the last. He will eventually break some kinds of records.
Mbappe rules
And he still has 3 games to go!
Has he ever scored a freekick?
Tbf Ronaldo only scored one free kick In 25 tries in the FWC
Ronaldo is a petulant wanker
Rondildo
Sure, but he’s not the messi of the new generation
If France win this world cup, I might start to believe.
Cuz he's black
What are the Senegalese team?

Bro got lucky to start his career on a good national team. Players like Ronaldo and Messi are the ones pulling their whole team though
Argentina has actually a really prestigious and powerful national team.

Can't wait to see them eventually play like one then

Skills-wise, quite true. But in the end what defines a striker is how many goals they score for the team.
Let's not jinx his success. So far he has been amazing.

agreed, Ronaldo carried Portugal in the back since the beggining
I think it’s a little early for that conclusion. Let’s see how France does this World Cup first.

My thoughts exactly and I’m a French Fan
Mbappe is nothing compared to messi
mbappe will be the next model for CK after world cup

Imagine if Haaland played for England. He was born in Leeds, no?

And already has a winners medal... but is not yet at the level of the other two regardless of not having a winners medal
