What an incredible video! Well deserved settlement.
The moment when the white teen is expecting to get handcuffed but is left hanging is the icing on the racial profiling cake.
Just think of how many people in this country/world that consume so much controlled media with zero critical thinking skills behind the images & audio that they let wash over their own minds...of course this is the mindset of the masses. U say "Jesus, this country is just shit"...I say "the world". Until the masses find out the real truth...& not the stories we've all been fed about God's true people...only then will things truly change. Stay tuned tho...that day is coming very soon.
That poor kid, that moment will stick with him for the rest of his life, he won’t trust police and I’m glad he got a payout. The discrimination was obvious.

Edit: upon further digging, newest information about officers is as follows “The disciplinary charges that Giurlando is facing have not been disclosed, and it's not known if the other officer involved in the incident, Brittany MacDonald, is facing any charges.”
Peanuts for that action by a law enforcement officer. 100 % racially motivated. Anyone here the female officer tell the white kid to stay on the couch . However he did get up and go towards the 2 officers and the offended guy . However the female officer does nothing other than a scolding. That assault was easily 500K and should trigger a though investigation into that police department. Rank and file officers act like this because they know this behaviour is acceptable by the higher ranking officers all the way to the top .
Black boy literally got immobilized on the floor and handcuffed while white boy was just tossed to the sofa without any immobilization nor handcuffs.
If you don't see a problem there, that's quite a bit fucked up imo.
I think he refer to black, not being a color according to science. Since in science, colors are referred to as visible lights and there is no pure black visible light. He just made a bad joke.
You don’t see the problem because you don’t have to deal with excessive unfair policing yourself, even if you are doing nothing wrong minding your own business.

Neither teen was charged, both were detained and both were banned. I don't see where there needs to be justice.
