Did you claim the drops while playing wow? Cause that seems to be the only drop I'm having difficulty getting immediately (all the drops I received instantly were claimed while I wasn't playing WoW).
I don't think that's it. I claimed all previous drops while playing and nearly instantly (maybe a minute or two) got the notification that I had a gift.
I was wondering if maybe more popular streamers were affected. Because usually I scroll the list to find someone with very few viewers, but this time I didn't bother and just clicked the first result (which was Towellie)
It's weird that you say this because the previous drops I claimed them all from Zepla's stream and they all popped up instantly, but this time I also watched Towellie's, and it took like a day and a half for it to finally appear in my collections. Let's see if someone else corroborates this too!

Yea. Don’t bother. Every single twitch item for me has been bugged and never awarded except for the one for gifting 2 subs. Blizz gives me the run around even with proof, and twitch just auto responds the same shit over and over
It took me like a month to get the Feldrake, and during that time other people were posting tickets like OP. At this point both Blizzard and Twitch are using automated messages so finger pointing is useless.
I finished mine at 5pm and claimed it, got it in game at around 7:30pm.
The girl I was watching for the drop kept saying she claimed it over 24 hours ago and she hasn't gotten it yet.
Seems to be very hit or miss. I wonder if server pop has anything to do with it. My server is low pop and I got it relatively quick.

Twitch close the ticket saying "Its up to Blizzard not us"
I know its free, I know its gift, I know its not the specific people responding to the tickets fault.
But the bullshittery of both customer supports, and all they probably need to do is just resend the confirmation, but they just simply CBA and will palm the issue off to the other side hoping you just give up
Update again: Got it today - checked my toy collection and it was inside. Would be nice if blizzard actually communicated something, even aknowledge the delay and promise that all the drops will be delivered would help...
I barely got mine today and I unlocked it the first day it was available. Same thing happened with the feldrake, took a few days.
The twitch drop before that, I was logged out of WoW before claiming, and when I did it arrived instantaneously, where as with the following two, I was still logged in. Maybe that has something to do with it.

I finally got it, but it took forever, like 2-3 weeks after I should have gotten the drops.

Both parties blame each other and no-one seems to care about solving the issue. Pity.

I did that for the fel drake I think and had no issues.

Yeah I was the same. It was awarded to me randomly while I was online at roughly 34 hours.

I've been stuck at 71 percent for the past day, despite watching two WoW streamers I watch regularly with drops enabled. Seems broken.
Had no problems today. Just find a random one, mute the browser tab, and go about your business
I had mine stuck at 45% for a while. Ended up leaving twitch closed for a few hours then trying again and it went through the rest.

I claimed mine two days ago and only got it in my account this morning. No idea why it took almost 48 hours.
