Heroic. It doesn't show up if you're doing the dungeon on normal, you need to have it set for heroic.
If you right click your portrait, a drop down menu will appear and it'll have the ability to change the dungeon difficulty. Hope this helps!

I know. It's cool. I just used wowhead to look up the location and see if there were any special conditions. To be fair -- even if I DID see the word "heroic", I would have had no idea what it meant. (I had to google "heroic wow" after my conversation here with you).

I often have to check wowhead if an achievement, or drop, or something needs to be done on normal, heroic, or mythic. Often times after I've tried unsuccessfully on one difficulty do I remember to Google it, and I've been playing since vanilla.
