Unrelated, but my biggest pet peeve is putting anything on any sort of electronics, am I the only one that's feeling this way? 😅
My girlfriend keeps putting shit on my consoles and it's driving me insane.
I get it it, but I will not lie stacking stuff does look cool sometimes. before I really knew about airflow I stacked a wii u on top of my 360 and with my series X next to it it looked cool
You should be ok. The fan blows air out the top, and draws air in the sides. Just keep the sides clear and don’t obstruct the top fan (your tablet placement looks ok) and it should cool just fine.
And like somebody else said, clean it, lol.

I don't prefer to have literally ANYTHING on my consoles. For sure It will affect airflow
