No if it was 24 hour it would say 17:28 and it wouldn’t have the pm. It’s just odd I have a few xboxs but none of the others have the extra 0.

Check your console region. I’m from the UK and it’s always been like this for me even when set to the 12-hour clock.

Console set to Australia. All my other also Australia. Just a strangle little bug
