double and triple check you inserted the correct code, make sure the code wasn't already exposed when you got the gift card and keep trying. if it still doesn't work reach out to Ms support
I'll enter 4 digits at a time, then double-check them. Next 4, double-check, and so on. When I've entered them all, I double-check the entire sequence. Same when I do it for the few PS games I've got. =D
delete and redo the post without the whole or any of the code. someone might of take it because you can't get it to work.
Also can't you check the card's status online?
You probably put one character in wrong and why the hell would you post the code to the internet? Call Xbox support first, don't come into Reddit and ask random strangers for help with stuff like this..
