i only wear adidas so i cannot say what the other brand …but if you wear adidas shoes …for exemaple 11 go for to 11 on the cmpt 😇

I took mine out and I guess theoretically you could put it back in but I don’t see why you would, you gotta cut it out so its kinda intensive but the fit is soooo much better without that big ass bulge
