After seeing the Game Theory episode about Winnie The Pooh on Copyright and Trademark laws I want to create a franchise specifically for "Immediate Release Into Public Domain Use" as an act of good faith and an alternative to franchises overly protected by Copyright and Trademark, how do I do that?

I know there's a memory limit on UEFN at the moment but is there a maximum world size limit for playable surface area? If the only limit is memory it maybe possible to build larger worlds using simplified graphics from 90s games. (Screenshot from Extremely Goofy Skateboarding shown as an example)
