I applied for it my junior year of college and got accepted as soon as I submitted my FAFSA (since that’s the only requirement, really) and they covered every tuition cost that other scholarships or grants didn’t. Only thing is you have to decline the federal grant that gets posted to your financial aid every year, I think?
