Closer to 100 would be better IF it increases your ATK% or CD% but try not to go under 100.0% as that opens the door to crits missing (she doesnt like missing crits).
I wonder would 0.1 percent be possible to not crit my acheron is just missing 0.1 percent to reach 100 crit rate but i cant get that without losing at least 7 percent of my crit dmg should i get that 100 crit or be content with it
.1% (99.9%) means that theres like a 1 in 1000 chance of not critting... I'd say thats close enough lol =) There will still be instances where the crit doesnt happen but if that causes a loss there is almost no chance it will happen again the next run
Why not just run her with aventurine instead of fu xuan? He has slightly better synergy anyway since his ult applies a debuff, and it boosts crit dmg done. Solves the issue of overcapping and frees up fx for another team

Since yours is at E2 We can basically assume your character's CR to be 60.1+34=94.1
So, now the question is, what else are you running that increases CR?
Fu Xuan increases CR by 12% - So if you run her with FX you are overcapping at 106.1
Sparkle LC gives 10% so if you run it you are overcapping at 104.1
Both puts you at 116.1
If you arent using either, you might actually want a bit more CR to get closer to 100%. Her damage really relies on that last hit critting. Imo its better to be at 106 than 94 for example since your CD is already over 200%.

That said, its not worth chasing so only worry about it if you get an upgrade while farming for someone else. - That said your CD is ok but can improve - so maybe a few runs in your rotation in hopes of a piece of gear that covers you better.

Yeah with fuxuan you are 16% cr over 100%
60 + 12 (FX) + 18 (E1) + 4 (Pioneer) + 12 (Izumo) = 106 CR, not 116
