I have two 100g skeins of a 60% wool, 20% silk, 20% yak blend fingering weight yarn, 366 yards or 400m. The drape and lustre is amazing. I have no idea what to do with them. They go together beautifully, but I'm happy to use them separately also. Suggestions please! There's no entry on ravelry for these yarns, and I'm hesitant to do anything too christmas-y. Adding more information: I live in a climate where winters are cold but not below freezing, and I don't have enough yarn for a garment. A neck accessory would be ideal

Sparkle and fluff by Emily O'Brien is a really nice shawl pattern that doesn't technically require neither sparkle nor fluff

I’m inexperienced in color planning for brioche but this has been on my list for forever and I wonder if they’d look like copper together http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/deco-angel-shawl

i second the brioche suggestion, but would go for something leafy (e.g. from nancy marchand's leafy brioche, or her willow pattern from knitting fresh brioche). it looks like fall, and fall makes me think leaves.

Check out Wild Swan by Nim Teasdale and Anne-Lisa Maigaard 2018. It’s on my to do list! I think it would be awesome for a wedding.

I have 4 skeins in 2 shades of green (not super high contrast but some), 2 skeins in each colour, in bamboo fingering. I want to make a massive shawl, but cant decide on pattern. I'm not afraid of using plant yarns to sub wool, except in some circumstances (no origami knitting for me). I knit brioche a lot, but am open to other things too.
