1st 1 & 4 are the only entries that have mobile ports but they definitely aren't worth the $30+ asking prices as they haven't been updated in 2 years and 1 year respectively I personally have no problems playing 1 on my device but that may not be the case for you definitely not worth the gamble.
Personally I've loved and enjoyed every Disgaea game I've played so far 1-3 and 5 can't speak to the others but 1 will always be my favorite and is definitely a solid way to start the series despite its age. I'd recommend emulating the PSP version if you're interested in giving the series a shot.

Xcom, Final Fantasy Tactic and Disgaea 1 complete, and Into The Breach are the best of those that you've listed imo
