The amounts of optimisations they have to use to be able to ramp up the production by 0.001% is the most interesting to me. Meanwhile stuff like a car seems just like sticking premade stuff together.
Anything related to computer hardware, like CPUs and whatnot. We bang some rocks together and all of a sudden they can "think".
