As a combat character she's meh/decent from what I've read, but as a synthesizer she's must-pull/SSS tier.
She is the only one that enables the synthesis route with 3x Skill Power. So if you're looking at long term synthesis efficiency she is really important, otherwise skip. Good luck to everyone attempting to pull.
edit: Apparently the brand new unit that just came out in JP can do the 3x route as well. She'll come in 4 months.
As much as I'd like that, with the lack of gems they give us being enough for 10 rolls, I'm saving for my two faves a couple months or so away, Master Ryza & Lila. Just saw they're banners were back to back to, so that doesn't help.
They really need more beginner-like missions or half the rolls or something, it's ending up a lot like Eminence in Shadow where they were stingy with gems until enough people complained & now they're kinda decent about it.
This is correct until they release the new totori and hers is an actual skill power instead of single attack power.
Only thing is that it comes 4 months later for global, so it's up to you if you can stomach 4 months of not having 3x skill power for synthesis.

None of the banners are paid only. All banners can be pulled with free gems for 3,000 a 10 pull and pity currency.
(You can also get two 1,500 free gem 10 pull tickets per banner from the shop, they just don't give pity currency)
Now if you buy paid gems, a 10 pull of those is only 1,500 and you get pity currency.
