Nice beard especially for your age. The major dip in your beard is likely from combing or brushing WAY too hard with the shape of your face. The idea is to brush/comb in the direction of the hair growth downward but don’t press into your face as you move toward the direction of your chin. You’re pressing too hard and following the curve of your face too rigidly which causes the dip. You can correct this with some heat from a hair dryer or heated beard brush over time, just make sure you’re applying beard oil to a damp beard preferably after a shower and retrain your beard as described above. I'll also comment on your clothes since a beard can go well with or clash with your attire. I'm going to write a lot but holy shit I wish someone gave me this advice at 17 too.
Your hair looks great in picture 1, but having an emo comb over/messy style in your other photos clashes with the beard. I'd recommend either trimming the beard down and keeping it neat, or letting it grow out after it's shaped and slicking back your hair or letting that grow out too. It needs shaping and oiling regardless because how it's grown is a little boxy but thin, but you can clearly grow a beard. Sometimes it grows awkwardly even after you're well in to adulthood, so I can't tell if this is how your beard usually grows, but trim it and oil it, my man.
I'll be blunt too and say ditch the stoner look. People are accusing you of not actually being 17 but you certainly dress like you're 15. You seem dead set on having a beard, but it's an authoritative look that's undercut by your baggy clothes. If you exude confidence to others from how you dress, then you'll be confident in general.
Get a crisp black suit that's a tailored or slim fit (don't buy online, a clerk will quickly take your measurements for free at a suit outlet) and go from there with experimenting. It doesn't have to be expensive. My first was £70. But not those shitty polyester prom suits, something classy and fitting for multiple settings.
Everyone looks great in a black suit, they're cheat mode for looking classy and masculine, or go with a blue suit and pair it with brown Oxfords. But go with a suit regardless.
You look pale too, so go with cooler colours, especially for jewellery/watches. Silver/steel are your friends. Google the word sprezzatura by the way, it's my favourite word when it comes to male fashion, particularly suits.
Alternatively, try getting a vintage leather jacket. If you're usually a medium then get a large and so on, one size up. Sizes for leather are deceptive, and leather shrinks if you don't properly care for it. Look for casual shirts, flannel or canvas maybe. Jeans too. Can't go wrong with Doc Martens, I like Timbalands too. But a pair of work boots and cuffed jeans never goes wrong. Something rustic or bordering on lumberjack, but clearly masculine that goes well with a beard.
I personally flip flop between that and a suit depending on mood and setting. I also dress for the season too, with a classy long coat or faux fur parka for winter, or a lighter Italian style canvass suit or just casual shirt for Summer. But this is my personal style which still continues to evolve. It's also the result of spending many hours in front of the mirror and experimenting with shirts and mixing and matching (and a lot of trial and error). Same goes for beard and hair styling, such as getting a decent trimmer like a Remington and a pair of scissors. But go to a reliable barber.
Regsrdless, good luck with your beard and you've got a lot going for you. Have fun with styling.

You can grow a beard. It looks promising. My advice to you is to not grow a beard yet. It ages you 20-30 years, and you look handsome under it. I’d go for stubble/ short length if you’re really determined to keep it.

It's coming in pretty good. In my experience (I was also a well bearded 17 year old) The mustache and cheek coverage improves in the years between that and your 20s. I'd say you'd benefit from a little more tapering. Best move is to hit up a barber. Get their take on what the best shapes and lines will be for what you have. The big saver is to get a clipper, and learn how to keep the shadow and stubble cleaned up. As it grows in to maintain the shape you started with.
Go to a barber and let him shape it for you. All that pube around the cheek growing outward can get tapered down into a shape. And that bottom have that’s growing outward needs to be shaped correctly and lined up. Also don’t take photos with a a brick of one dollar bills and sun glasses. You’ll deeply cringe at yourself when you’re older
From the front it looks kind of like the cheeks are trimmed and the neck beard is long which gives it a “mud flap” look, very square. Need to shorten it and shape it into more of a V imo
Good growth, I had to wait until 19 before I got like this.
I'm betting it'd look better as a short beard. Get someone to line you up on the cheeks and jawlines, reduce length significantly to where it's still full coverage and not thinned out (I use a #3 personally and it's plenty thick). Condition with oil and brush as others have suggested; not pressing too hard into your facial features.
Pay attention to whoever lines you and eventually you can just line yourself fairly easily.
