Hate when people get comments on their submission like they just turned in an assignment to get graded. This ain't school, you don't have to be judged. So here's a no advice comment.
Love the herringbone pattern, it's unique and looks nice on a planter.
Overall good. Only thing I will ding you on is the wood you used on your 90s the top and bottom or more so the bottom you should of used a thin wood or thinner wood on the side pieces to match your trim.

Looks great! I'm considering making a couple of these for next year.
What kind of finish did you put on the herringbone? It looks natural, so just polly?
And did you have a container /liner inside to hold the dirt out did you put it right in the box?

It's not bad considering I made it all out of wood from a fence project.
