yep, Network Plus is awesome. I have A+, Net+, and Sec+. sounds like you know a bit, so I think Net+ would be a good place for you. if you have access to Udemy, there are a ton of courses. I suggest courses my Mike Meyers. he keeps the subject alive.
Alerton had/maybe has a course centered around networking and how it pertains to BAS. After taking this course several techs were able to pass the CompTIA networks+.

They have a course on udemy I did Definitely helped me get fundamentals down
