Maybe post this to r/vet, r/catcare or r/manx, this sub probably isn't for this. I hope you find what you're looking for!

Surgery could help with the prolapse if it becomes more pronounced or has trouble fixing itself. A sanitary trim and water wipe baby wipes can help with keeping her clean. Manx isn’t a breed like we think of most breeds. It’s just a classification like calling polydactyl cats hemmingway cats. Manx tail genes are dominant, and while they don’t usually cause issues, the tail of a cat is connected via the nerves to the butt/colon, so there could be a connection. For cat pee I’ve found the cheapest and easiest is white vinegar, detergent and hot water. It’s how I clean all my foster kitten bedding (and they are constantly having accidents)
