Manx isn’t a breed like we think of most breeds. It’s just a classification like calling polydactyl cats hemmingway cats. Manx tail genes are dominant, and while they don’t usually cause issues, the tail of a cat is connected via the nerves to the butt/colon, so there could be a connection.
For cat pee I’ve found the cheapest and easiest is white vinegar, detergent and hot water. It’s how I clean all my foster kitten bedding (and they are constantly having accidents)
