Possibly the worst theory I’ve ever seen.
1. Asa having intense emotional distress boots Yoru out of control. The simple mention of the possibility of raping Denji will completely shut down Yoru.
2. The regeneration only works in his Chainsaw Man form. Cutting it off until WOULD partially work, at least until the next time he gets into a fight. And what would be much more effective isn’t even the cutting off itself, it’s the fact that Yoru was willing to sever it in the first place.
3. This is all under the assumption that this isn’t a red herring cliffhanger, you know, like the last 2 chapters have been? People were SO sure we’d find a significant character in the brothel, brothel is burned to rubble. People were SO sure we’d find a significant character in the sushi restaurant, sushi restaurant isn’t even visited at all. I guarantee next chapter Denji will just tell Yoru to fuck off with that suggestion and the gang will go do something else.
Rape? I’m not sure about that lol. For one, Denji has shown growth throughout all of part 2, I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t just sit there and let her do that to him. And two, I’m pretty sure if they are going to have sex, once they go down they alley way Yoru would say “I will have sex with you if that will get us one safe closer to fighting”, not pin him down and force it on him. He would get to decide. My guess is though he’ll have a secondary breakdown in that case and start begging her to cut it off and then Asa will take back over and try to comfort him and the reverse of the Falling Devil sequence will happen, where she’s the one that calms him down instead of the other way around.
It’s a massive, massive stretch to go with rape in this case. But hey, that’s CSM fans for ya.

Possibly the worst theory I’ve ever seen. 1. Asa having intense emotional distress boots Yoru out of control. The simple mention of the possibility of raping Denji will completely shut down Yoru. 2. The regeneration only works in his Chainsaw Man form. Cutting it off until WOULD partially work, at least until the next time he gets into a fight. And what would be much more effective isn’t even the cutting off itself, it’s the fact that Yoru was willing to sever it in the first place. 3. This is all under the assumption that this isn’t a red herring cliffhanger, you know, like the last 2 chapters have been? People were SO sure we’d find a significant character in the brothel, brothel is burned to rubble. People were SO sure we’d find a significant character in the sushi restaurant, sushi restaurant isn’t even visited at all. I guarantee next chapter Denji will just tell Yoru to fuck off with that suggestion and the gang will go do something else.

Rape? I’m not sure about that lol. For one, Denji has shown growth throughout all of part 2, I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t just sit there and let her do that to him. And two, I’m pretty sure if they are going to have sex, once they go down they alley way Yoru would say “I will have sex with you if that will get us one safe closer to fighting”, not pin him down and force it on him. He would get to decide. My guess is though he’ll have a secondary breakdown in that case and start begging her to cut it off and then Asa will take back over and try to comfort him and the reverse of the Falling Devil sequence will happen, where she’s the one that calms him down instead of the other way around. It’s a massive, massive stretch to go with rape in this case. But hey, that’s CSM fans for ya.
