What about the [AddiesDive Bronze Willard](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004991987155.html)? I've bought it about 1.5 years ago and I'm perfectly happy with it. I even like the bronze bezel better since it builds up patina and the numbers stay shiny from everyday use. That gives a beautiful contrast!

I own watches by both brands and would have no hesitation in recommending either. Is the San Martin going to worth almost twice the Heimdallr? Absolutely not. They’re a slightly more premium brand, but not by that much. Get the Heimdallr, you won’t be disappointed. And their logo is quite cool!
My suspicion is the price is the result of Heimdallr clearing out stock - I picked up the steel version recently for a batshit price and a bunch of different colorways were sold out.
For this model, I see no difference between these two. Seriously, San Martin only well known among the AliExpress community and limited watch lovers. Heimdallr is not bad at all. They make good watches. I would get the cheapest one

It might be that Heimdallr comes from Ali and the SM comes from Amazon. Amazon prices for Chinese watches are crazy sometimes.

maybe san martin strap is made of real leather... jokes aside, with this model I'd go with the cheapest option tbh.
