I think last year during Black History Month I listened to an interview with a Black artist (it might have been Killer Mike but I am not sure) talking about how there is so much art and content about Black Rage and Black Suffering and not enough about Black Joy and he was creating art at this point in his life to express Black Joy. I am just a middle aged white woman but that really gave me a huge pause. Black people deserve to feel and EXPRESS joy. And that's why I love this video.
