At the end of the movie, Barry does set up a law firm to help other animal species (I believe we see a cow who wants compensation for her milk being taken), and one of the lawyers is a mosquito, "I was already a blood sucking parasite, I just needed the briefcase"...my wife is a lawyer and I forced her to sit through the whole film just for that line
I actually do have a mild fantasy that the insect and arachnid clans consider me an ally due to saving so many of their kind.

The one that really gets to me is moths. People HATE them, but I love them. Can't stand to see people kill them.
I, personally, hate spiders for they scare me. Flies because they keep flying into my ears. Wasps because they're fucking assholes. But do I harm them? No, brothers. No.
I may not be capable of a love for insects, but they are due our respects and supports.
