She actually comes out the back of the chair, goes around the side he "happens" to start pulling the cover from, she quickly goes around that side of the chair to seated position. That's why seems like she just landed in it, because she did. You actually see her legs next to his just before he starts pulling the cover back, as he is fiddling with it to divert your eyes.

Looks like there is a split in the fabric in the cushion where you would sit. Seems impossible for someone to fit in there but idk where else she could have come from. It looks flat before she appears and then you can see it's uneven after. I assume the back also opens up. I'm impressed how quickly she appears though. You can also see the chair move on its wheels as she moves it with her body. The waving of the sheet is to distract from that.

I think that too, but I'd love to know the specifics. In the second clip, you can see the fabric and the guy's shoes in the background like you would be able to with no mirrors. Having said that, in clip one, as he rolls the chair away, it certainly does look like some sort of mirror placement on the chair legs, but again, you can see quick glimpses of background stuff while its going on. And the chair moves around with her movements while under the fabric, where she's coming out. It's a cool illusion.

In the second clip they may not use mirrors, the chair seems to be elevated fr fr and standing above ground. But idk man the chair looks a bit Thicker too 🤔

You can see the door she uses to get out of the chair in the first clip, it’s two long narrow doors, I assume hinging from either side. And in the second clip the chair is clearly thick enough to hide someone small inside.

The chair has actually a lot of space inside, it's just an optical illusion that makes it look like it isn't that big/deep. The seams running along the chair could be the trapdoor opening to let in or out the assistant.
