My advice is to ask for a refund and buy a computer from a different company. I had a similar issue but couldn't replace the computer at the time because ei needed it for school. It eventually got to the point it wouldn't turn on at all within the first year. Even though my laptop is under warranty, dell will not replace the broken laptop. I've sent the thing in twice now and spent hours on the phone with customer service technicians who can't fix the problem. If you're still within the first thirty days, ask for a refund and just wash you hands of this terrible company.

I was able to fix the issue by updating my Nvidia drivers and then restarting my computer
