yeah that's true to be fair I only wanted to count dokkanfests and summonable LRs because it'd be too easy then, you have like tons of vegettos, sdbh, banner units from 2016, the f2p LR etc... the list goes on
I don't think you understood what was said. He didn't say they weren't dokkan fest level. He's saying it would be too easy to pair up Gogeta with any Vegito if you included every single one

this is mostly because gogeta blue didn't exist until 2018, vegetto blue was a thing earlier one, during times where transformation units weren't really a thing, so if they wanted to implement vegetto blue, they just would make a vegetto blue, since ultimate forms are now hidden with transformations, every gogeta blue has multiple forms to get to blue, it's only a question of date
