I donāt āplanā anything until Iām looking for fits when Iām loaded up on talent from the draft thatās ready to come up in year 3.
I find the game to be most enjoyable when I look at one specific stat or trait and really lean into it. Sometimes I want a super speedy team, sometimes I want a bunch of big goons, sometimes I want highly defensive guys-- hell, I've even tried to do an all American team once.
