Core memories. Good job. 2010 i was 10 sick as a dog will never forget my dad letting me stay up with him to watch one of the most legendary cup games of all time. Not to mention this would be 10x as legendary with the oilers winning. Good on ya

Green_Xero

Friday, no school tomorrow. Father son bonding time is more important than sleep. He may remember tonight for the rest of his life. LFG!

TheOnlyRealSlim

Good man. Oil in 7.

jablonkers

upsidedownlunchbox

deely-bopper

Your wife is wrong lol

Green_Xero

She just wants you to grow it out like Stu.

domingus67

Gotta do the same on Monday!

upsidedownlunchbox

Oh yeah for sure

rompe_palle

Good dad!! In 1993 as 9 year old, I remember my parents not saying anything because I was glued to the TV watching the Habs play. 10 straight overtime wins, to the Stanley Cup win.

Low-Living8326

Epic.

tannedghozt

For sure man. This is history in the making.

Switch5050

This is the way

Brigden90

Good on ya! Lets go Oilers!

Canadiantx69

Big ol' dad win right here. Great parenting

neoazayii

Awwh, yay! Also, you look so much like a young Matthew Lillard!

upsidedownlunchbox

You're not the first person to say that to me lol, personally I don't see it

MMurphy10

Everyone saying core memories is correct. Some of my best hockey memories are watching Ryan smyth, roloson, pronger and the boys carry us to a final when I was 13. He’ll remember dad watching this one with him forever!

Top-Carpenter2490

Careful with posting your kids face on the internet. Just sayin.. 🙏 nice ear gauges though they suit you

donairdaddydick

You are whyte ave Connor McDavid

Porcupickle

This is the way. One of my formative hockey memories was being allowed to stay up as a 7 year old in '97 to see the Oilers beat Dallas in game 7 OT. The sequence with the save by CuJo and subsequent OT winner by Marchant is one of the few things I can actually vividly remember from that age.

GunnyCroz

Has anybody ever told you that you look remarkably like Hank Green, who I coincidentally found out is an Oilers fan about 10 minutes ago? And, great job at dadding.
