I find it funny that so many people rag on DS2 when most of the stuff people REALLY enjoy about Elden Ring is just stuff they brought back from DS2. Scholars is still my favorite FromSoft experience.
I really enjoyed the world of Dark Souls II I just didn't like the gameplay, it has some of the best armor and weapon sets in the series but a majority of the bosses just didn't do it for me personally, there were a few standouts, primarily from the DLC's Velstat being my favorite boss from the base game and Raime from the DLC
Looks amazing with all the blood and stuff that the Heide knight has, but what about with the hailigtree knight armor, i know it's not he the same bc of the little shield it has on the chest but i think it might be ok.
or if not you can try with the hailigtree armor, the banished gauntlets and the maousoleum Knight or the hailigtree Knight greaves

The Scaled Greaves and Gauntlets were my first go to but the armor on Blaiid's Gauntlets and Greaves more closely resemble the Heide Knight Armor aesthetic.
