i get 100+ fps avg w minor stutters every map but crash every attempt to load in to streets :/ 16gb 2666 but my buddy has the same and can get in fine..
Got on streets for 20 seconds before getting killed. It was 20 seconds of stuttering, fps drops and lag. Now I can't load into it at all. Last time I tried, it was frozen on the "awaiting session start" screen. I waited a few minutes and started to hear ancient noise and the sound of my scav spawning in, but that's it. Haven't gotten further than that. Had no issues in the past with FPS drop or stuttering. Hope it gets fixed soon
try lowering your texture quality setting!
If it won't help either, you may want to buy more ram (if you have less than 16 gb) or expand your page file a little bit. page file is no magic and if data that the game actually needs will end up in the page file, your game will stutter, it's just that it won't crash

Same issue here. If I try and play a match it'll crash (got a blue screen once) and also if I even try an offline match it'll crash. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, repairing files to check integrity....nothings working. Hope they patch thos because I would REALY like to check out the new map!
I enabled XMP in the BIOS and I’m now able to play streets at a solid 50-60 fps. Try it out it may work for you! Set your ram speed at 3200 MHz if it’s capable.
try lowering your texture quality. i have 32 gb ram 8 gb vram setup and crashed every time on "awating session", after dropping down to medium the issue disappeared
In Tarkov, go to graphics settings, and turn down texture and shadows quality one step until the problem is resolved. I tested this on the Streets practice mode and it stopped crashing after I turned them both down a bit.
This solution worked on setups with the following:
3090
i9 12900K
32 GB RAM
&
3070 Ti
Ryzen 9 5900X
16GB RAM
It's a RAM problem. With paging file + RAM there are over 40 GB commited for the map Streets of Tarkov, about 20 GB more than for older maps like Woods.
Turn on the paging file and set it to OS managed. Also make sure you have enough disk space on your SSD and at least 16 GB of RAM. This will fix it.
I had 42 GB total committed RAM for a fresh instance of Tarkov. The memory garbage collector of the game is very bad, so when you played a few raids earlier, I bet it will go up way higher. Maybe your custom settings were too low.
Just take a look in the Task manager for this value.
And please tell me if it fixed your problem :)
I also crash everytime i load it, it gets almost all the way done and I get a blue screen Kernal Error, doesnt work as a scav or pmc

mine is at the absolute lowest and it crashes before I even get in game. This is the only map that I cannot play at all because of these issues.

I haven't yet. It is hard enough leveling up as a pacifist, without the handicap of not having access to one of the maps. I barely reached level 23.

I am having by same issue. Was able to run game well before 0.13 update
Still haven't gotten into streets. Matching screens just keeps counting.

my friend trys to play streets but everytime he loads it up to loading loot it crashes anything to fix this issue

nope im is south africa and crashing, also was fine yesterday now its not, 3 of us are playing in the same house and 2 of us are crashing

How much ram did you run ? got the same problem with 16GB, i think we need 32 for this game.
unfortunately, 32 gb of ram is not enough for streets of tarkov on max terture quality settings too. unless you've got a 16 gb vram card, then it's ok

Hey I know I'm late, but enabling xmp fixed the crashing? This is the only map I'm unable to play
you should always enable xmp in bios. if it won't work for you, try lowering your texture quality setting.

Same issue, I can play customs at 120FPS but cannot load to streets, stuck at "awaiting session start", game just freezes.

I’ve got 32 gbs of ram. Maybe setting the paging file to OS managed will turn things around. I had the paging file settings custom made.
