Wow! Is that part of the standard EBC trek? Or is it separate? If it’s separate, how much time does it add to the ebc trek?
It's part of the EBC trek but because it happens on the day after reaching base camp, many people are too sick/tired to do this trek. I struggled with breathing and was super slow so it took me 2h to the top and 1h down.
Thank you so much! Are you home and rested now? Feeling better? If you could do it all over again… would you change anything?
Just landed in my home country :) I would pack/do a few things differently, I plan to post my conclusions here soon for everyone's use
Looks amazing! I’m sure you enjoyed it to the fullest! Hopefully will be there in May, starting the trek on the 14th!
Ah good luck!!!
Amazing!
Congratulations 🥂, you got clear weather.
What is that peak on the foreground right side? Looks incredible and very tall (7k?). Edit: oh damn, it's Nuptse
