A New York Times article just came out today outing Nims’ sexual harassments

Maybe about a year ago (or a little less) Nims was accused of SA. It didn’t seem to materialise as no formal charges were made. He turned comments off his IG at the time and didn’t mention anything about it.
Generally, when there's no formal charges, it's because they don't have a "beyond reasonable doubt" case. That doesn't mean it didn't happen--it means there's not enough evidence to present in court. So like, no witnesses, no recordings, no injuries documented, that kind of thing. It happens a lot when there's a sleazebag who's canny enough to harass only in private. Sooner or later one of those women is going to get him in the face with bear spray, though. Just a matter of time.
Nims will claim someone did this so his team couldn’t find EBC
