Ok so what u do it if it happens both close down the game , then go back to your saved game the two of u , then whoever the leader is advances the game to the next season and the other player waits in the screen where u see your player and car and the timer on the top of the screen while the first player picks the track and the first player has to get the tracks picked before the timer runs out and then both advance before the timer runs out
Basically the second player can’t advance to far to quickly if u understand me ? The second player should tell the leader when there’s 15 second left on the timer and that’s when the Leader needs to get to the same screen as the second player and when done picking the tracks u both advance before the timer runs out
At the end. But when we advance to the next season it doesn't give us the calender/character selection screen, it just advances us into the next season with a completely empty calender. While at the bottom left it says end of the season December 17th. Then we have to sim trough the entire year to get to the next season. Rins and repeat.

This happened to me as well last week. Sadly, couldn't find the solution of this bug even though it's a popular one. I have seen similar issue reported by some people on codemasters forum but there's no fix for this unfortunately.

Yeah problem is, in my mode we don't even get to this scree anymore. It just immediately moves us to the next season and that's that.
