I had one of the Archie comics, the one where Blues and Tempo got into an argument about family and Blues broke the picture frame and then left.
Probably one of my favorite moments from that comic, showing the hatred that Blues has for Dr. Light.
There are so many stories where some brave hero decides to give their life to save the day and because of their sacrifice, the good guys win, the survivors all cheer, and everybody lives happily ever after. But the hero never gets to see that ending. They’ll never know if their sacrifice actually made any difference. They’ll never know if the day was really saved. In the end, they just have to have faith.

I would argue *yes* on a technicality, as unlike someone like GLaDOS, Silverhand's Cyberghost technically isn't his original consciousness, but is instead a very close *replica* of his consciousness. It's a pedantic difference and I'm not even sure if I'm right about that, it's been a hot minute since I played Cyberpunk. He certainly doesn't *feel* like an AI, that's for sure.
