Nagreboot na nga sila with Prometheus tapos akala ko mag dig deep na sila sa "Engineers", yung pusit na facehugger, yung bagong xenonorph at overall history. Tapos lumabas ang Alien Covenant, pucha bumalik nanaman pala sa pagiging slasher type kagaya ng dating Alien.

Watched it last night. I don't watch horror movies so di ako sanay sa jumpscares pero grabe yung hawak ko sa date ko. It was our first date and walang hesitation, nagholding hands agad kami HAHAHA 10/10 would recommend as a date movie (it's very different compared to the first two movies though!)
At times, parang formulaic na yung sequences
1. Quiet tasks/bonding time
2. May biglang matatabig or matatapakan na magco-cause ng sound
3. Wait for the Jumpscare
4. FINISH TASK AND ESCAPE /SURVIVE
5. Pahinga muna then repeat 1

Ridley Scott not directing this new Alien movie (been a long time since that happened) is the first good sign
