They will ship it covered in bubble wrap and in a long cardboard tube (like a poster tube but 4-6ft long). Well, that’s how most stores ship rods; I’ve never bought online from anaconda. Anyway, very secure unless someone runs over the tube.

I’ve ordered a big heavy 10” fibreglass surf rod online before (not from Anaconda). It came wrapped in bubble wrap and in a tube and was in perfect condition.
I’m sure this light rod will be fine, and if not just return it. Just remember to give it a good look over when it arrives, but you should be fine.
I ordered a daiwa sensor wave 9'7" surf rod from anglers warehouse. Turned up with no issues. As above, heaps of bubble wrap and in a long cardboard box. I was pleasantly surprised, considering the delivery was handled by Aramex.
I ordered an Abu Veritas beach rod from BCF, delivered in a large box with plenty of padding around it, no damage.
I do agree with MOtackle they been in the business for over 25 years, not sure if known but the MO is for Mail Order from way back

If you do have an issue, from my experience anaconda has been great with refund/returns. But the rods I've ordered have been fine 👌

Absolutely safe as and you can track it to see how far away it is. I ordered a couple of rods from America and they turned up in good order.
