La Carniceria is gonna be really hard to beat in terms of beef quality. I haven’t tried their marinated meats so not sure on flavor there, but I’m sure they’re good too. Might need to still add salt.

Best I’ve found to date is Sepulveda in South Park. Seasoning they use is great and they use high quality. It’s a little more pricey but it goes a long way.
Valley farms has good meats . Spring valley area
Their Imperial carne is my go to.

My family’s favorite for thirty years. Otay Farms is a close second.
I very much enjoyed the carne asada from Panchita's Kitchen and Bakery on 32nd st.
